She wore a beautiful The Row dress and Brian Atwood sandals. She finished off her look with a Marian Cage necklace and earrings, a Dana Rebecca ring, and a Salvatore Ferragamo handbag.

Supermodel Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, who was recently named the hottest woman alive by FHM, was teased for her exotic good looks as a child.

“I used to get called t*t lips – because I had big lips but no breasts,” says Rosie, 24. “And then I was called kipper [fish] lips.”

Now, those “fish lips” not only pay the bills, but have skyrocketed the stunning 5’9″ British beauty to the top of her profession. But like many beautiful women, Huntington-Whiteley insists she was an ugly duckling as a child.

“I was the shortest kid in my year,” Rosie recounts. “And because of my double-barrelled name, people thought I was super p-o-s-h, which is actually not the case. And boys didn’t really go out with me.”

The lean, fit Huntington-Whiteley is now sought-after for her long legs and fit physique.

“When you work for Victoria’s Secret you have to know how to use your body,” says Rosie. “I am not a shy person when it comes to doing things for my job. I’ve never done anything that makes me feel uncomfortable.”

Hosted by Jason Sudeikis, the 20th annual MTV Movie Awards will air live from the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California, on Sunday, June 5, at 9 p.m. ET. As earlier reported, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley attended the 2011 CinemaCon Awards held at Pure in Caesars Palace on Thursday, March 31, in Las Vegas. She accepted the award for Female Star of Tomorrow in a black silk crepe and chiffon gown by Kevork Kiledjian. Rosie accessorized with the Jimmy Choo “Quiet” platform sandal and the Jimmy Choo “Chandra” clutch.

Transformers: Dark of the Moon actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley will receive CinemaCon’s Female Star of Tomorrow Award.

The 23-year-old British actress will be presented the honor Thursday evening at the first ever CinemaCon Big Screen Achievement Awards on Thursday, March 31 in The Colosseum of Casers Palace.

“With her upcoming role in Transformers: Dark of the Moon, Huntington-Whiteley is sure to show that she is a true star of tomorrow,” noted Mitch Neuhauser, managing director of CinemaCon. “We are thrilled to honor this promising young actress with the CinemaCon Female Star of Tomorrow Award.”

Hungtinton-Whiteley will make her big-screen debut in the Transformers sequel, in theaters July 1.

CinemaCon takes place March 28-31 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

When model-turned-actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley stepped out with a band on her left ring finger earlier this week, rumors began circulating that her action star beau Jason Statham had popped the question.

But the 23-year-old Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon actress set the record straight Thursday night.

“No, that’s not an engagement ring,” Huntington-Whiteley told UsMagazine.com at the Treats! Magazine launch party in L.A.

But that didn’t keep her from holding back her feelings about The Mechanic star, 43, who she’s been dating since April.

Tom Cruise has taken lingerie model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley under his wings and signed her up with the Creative Artist Agency (CAA), the best agency in Hollywood business, according to The Daily Mail.

Tom Cruise is one of the most influential personalities in the movie business and his interest will take the new entrant into the film world places. Rosie, 23, already has acted in the action film Transformers: Dark of the Moon replacing Megan Fox.

“Tom is taking an interest in Rosie’s career. He thinks she has real star quality and it’s fantastic for her to be on their books,” reports the Daily Mail.

Tom Cruise’s influence has transformed his wife Katie Holmes from just an ordinary actress to a media savvy fashionista. Along with career advice Cruise is also offering to teach Rosie something about Scientology, if she is so inclined.

Big congratulations to the stunning Rosie Huntington-Whiteley for her Model of the Year nomination at the British Fashion Awards 2010!

ROSIE HUNTINGTON-WHITELEY is one of three British models to be nominated as Model of the Year at British Fashion Awards 2010. LARA STONE, DAVID GANDY and Huntington-Whiteley have been listed as this year’s finest models and on Tuesday 7th December one of them will walk away with the award. VICTORIA BECKHAM’s self-titled fashion brand has also been nominated for ‘Best Designer Brand’ and faces competition from Burberry, Mulberry and Pringle of Scotland.

In 2009 the prestigious award was won by Georgia May Jagger, the daughter of Mich Jagger and Jerry Hall who’s been the figurehead of advertising campaigns for brands including Rimmel make up and Hudson Jeans.

As well as being a prominent name on the modelling circuit, Rosie has also been named as the love interest for SHIA LABEOUF’s character Sam in the third instalment of the Transformers series. Transformers: Dark of the Moon is set for release in 3-d on July 1st 2011.
