Tom Cruise has taken lingerie model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley under his wings and signed her up with the Creative Artist Agency (CAA), the best agency in Hollywood business, according to The Daily Mail.

Tom Cruise is one of the most influential personalities in the movie business and his interest will take the new entrant into the film world places. Rosie, 23, already has acted in the action film Transformers: Dark of the Moon replacing Megan Fox.

“Tom is taking an interest in Rosie’s career. He thinks she has real star quality and it’s fantastic for her to be on their books,” reports the Daily Mail.

Tom Cruise’s influence has transformed his wife Katie Holmes from just an ordinary actress to a media savvy fashionista. Along with career advice Cruise is also offering to teach Rosie something about Scientology, if she is so inclined.

Tom Cruise is a know believer in the alternative religious cult of Scientology and is known to insist that his girlfriends/wives take to the belief as well.

If this does not work out for her, Rosie can always lean on her boyfriend Jason Statham, the action hero and martial expert to provide her the right guidance.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has appeared in ads for Abercrombie & Fitch, Burberry, Bloomingdale’s, Clinique, DKNY, French Connection, L.A.M.B., Pepe Jeans, Shiatzy Chen, Ralph Lauren, and Top Shop among others. She was chosen as the Model of the Year for 2009 by the Elle magazine.
